What size are BummerPax?

 

Bummers are meant to be a one size fits all with a maximum size of (insert inches), the equivalent of a Mens XL. 

HOWEVER, we are working on belt extenders, coming soon!

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when your order ships!

Part of my order is missing

 

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at bummerpax@gmail.com or fill out our customer service contact form straight away with your order confirmation and details on missing / damaged product and we will do everything we can to make things right.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We provide multiple secure forms of payment through our Wix E-commerce, which allows us to accept Paypal as well as Debit / Credit cards.

Is it safe to order online?

 

Wix is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. We (the site builders and pack makers) do not have access in any way to your payment information, or any account information besides your name, provided means of contact, and shipping address on orders.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes! We send all orders through USPS or UPS and will provide you with a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

Uh oh! Thats not good. If you receive the wrong pack we will gladly pay for return shipping and get the right one on its way. Or if you love your pack and would prefer to keep it we'll send a personalized discount code for your next one.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

No worries! If you contact us before receiving your order we will happily apply your discount code and send a partial refund.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

Shipping is free for orders over $100, and $7 for everything else. 

​

As we are a smaller company, fulfillment can be expected within 2-5 days upon receiving your order. Shipping times after fulfillment may vary depending on your distance from our facility in Seattle.
