We do not accept returns, however any manufacturing problems are covered under our Warranty and you may exchange your Bummer if you are not satisfied with your chosen color scheme. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our Contact Form within 7 Days of receiving your pack. Please include the name of the pack you would like instead and we will do our best to make the switch. Please be aware that each pattern is limited edition and we cannot make exchanges for any designs labelled "Sold Out".
In order to qualify for exchange the returned pack must be in brand new condition (No signs of wear or washing) upon arrival at our facility. We will make exchanges at our discretion.
Since we are a small company we cannot cover return shipping, however we will ship the replacement back to you no cost. Your satisfaction with your Bummer is our highest priority!
Every Bummer is handmade unique from a variety of different materials. We're just people and are aware that mistakes can happen in the manufacturing department. Therefore, every Bummer is covered under a 6 month warranty. Things covered by warranty:
Warranty does not cover (including but not limited to) problems caused by accident, improper care (Care Guide Here) , negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
